Supports
lap timing with both infrared signals and buried magnets
By changing sensors, the Lapcom VX-2000 supports lap timing via an optional
transmitter and buried magnets in the course. It is possible to choose
the optical sensor (for 32ch) or the magnetic sensor as the standard system
component.
If the optical sensor is selected when purchasing Lapcom, the transmitter
TX-100 is required.

Confirms various data on the in-vehicle display.
An easy to read multi-display is included as standard. Lap and segment
times, engine RPM, speed, temperature x 2, and displacement can be monitored
on the display.
In addition to the items above, you can select one of the following for
display monitoring: A/F, pressure x 1, lateral G, battery voltage, miles
driven.
Shift indicator and various alarm functions
It is possible to set optional two-stage shift points and an over-REV value.

Mapping based on driving data
t is possible to confirm the vehicle's positional information with mapping,
which is displayed on a PC or printed out.
Rechargeable internal battery (also capable of
running on 12VDC)
The control unit is capable of a maximum of about 11 hours continuous running
from a quick charge with the attached AC adapter. (Lite-20 & Lite-100
are capable of a maximum of about 7 hours.)
Logging up to 10 kinds of data
Most of the measured data can be logged into the control unit for up to
90 minutes. (Lite-20 can log for up to 20 minutes.)
Logging auto off / Data fast download
To log data without any loss, there is a logging auto on/off function.
Extensive data analyzing software
Analyzing the race data with the included software, Lapcom Terminal and
Lapcom Analysis, can support vehicle setup and improve driving technique.

100 LAP data memory
If the logging time is exceeded, 100 laps of data are stored in a separate
area of memory. MIN/MAX values for lap times, wheel speed, RPM, and temperature
can be confirmed on the in-vehicle display or printed out with the optional
handy printer.
Printing with the optional handy printer
During busy pit work, printing data with the special handy printer is very
convenient. It is possible to print out values and graphs including MIN
data.
